How can I afford to do this?! By cutting out Amazon, Apple and other retailers that take up to a 70% of an author's book sales! Plus, I choose to believe that the world is filled with good people!
Policy Details: The money-back guarantee applies to goods as follows:
For ebooks and other digital goods, customers shall be refunded 100% of the purchase price for purchases within 30 days.
For all other products including paperbacks, hardbacks and goods that require shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping and shall be refunded the cost of goods minus any shipping and handling charges incurred by the seller on the original order. Returned goods should be in original, sellable condition. Signed or personalized goods are not eligible or returns or exchanges. PAPERBACKS returned without first obtaining a return address for returns shall not be refunded. Our distribution centers do not process returns, therefore DO NOT USE the address on the shipping label.

This makes me sad to have to include this language but my lawyer insists: We reserve the right to restrict repeat returns in case of fraud or suspected abuse.
**Ebooks and other digital products that have been downloaded - we may reserve the right to request evidence that the books have been deleted and/or removed from the device prior to issuing a refund. Unfortunately, some bad faith actors who have downloaded and read entire series (and are bragging about it on social media) have caused us to have to add this language to our refund policy.**
